Evening run on the trails, including 3 sets of 4x100m strides on the soccer fields. Pretty stinking good fathers day. Church. Lunch. Visit my dad. 1 hour of tree pruning. 1/2 hour of pool running. 1.5 hours of fairly intense soccer with boy #1. Then running. Then driveway gatorades with the boys at sunset. Tough to beat that.
7.5 miles. Hood route to Legacy Trail and back. 6 am start. I have no explanation of why this run felt stronger than normal. Perhaps it was seeing an armadillo for the first time in a while. Who knows?
