5.5 miles. hood route. 6 am start. Slow. 59 deg., 92% hum., 59 d.p. I'm taking Friday off, and then Saturday going for my first 20+ miler (I think) since Okoboji Marathon last July. Saturday should be Neat-O!

I ran my first long run last week (16 miles) and I was really dreading it. Now I need to jump to 20 soon and I'm dreading it even more. :-(
