Short-Term Running Goals:

2023 GOALS:

Coastal Delaware Running Festival Marathon - 4/16/23 - Rehoboth Beach, Delaware

Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as often as I can, as far as I can, as fast as I can. Teaching my kids (by example) the rewards that come from putting in the work. Very slowly get to 50 states.

Personal:

I'm married, with two sons, 17, and 18.

I started running because someone dared me to.

I ran my first race 3 days after my 40th birthday. (Disney)

So, how many more runs for you? I think I'm down to 1.

Ready ready? I have one more run tonight with friends.

By "Friends", do you mean strangers in vans that are spontaneously compelled to pace you running, and start up conversations, or people that you already know?

From rAtTLeTrAp on Thu, Apr 17, 2014 at 11:29:06 from 98.203.229.149

In this case, people that I actually know :)

Very much on the downhill slope. Looking good Tom.
