Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as often as I can, as far as I can, as fast as I can. Teaching my kids (by example) the rewards that come from putting in the work. Very slowly get to 50 states.

Personal:

I'm married, with two sons, 17, and 18.

I started running because someone dared me to.

I ran my first race 3 days after my 40th birthday. (Disney)

Hi. Yep. The watch issue. I have done that. Sometimes notice it around a mile into the run and then get the watch going from there. You have some nice times for your race results! That 3:13 marathon is incredible!!! I came here because you commented on my blog site. And nice blog pic with you crossing or about to cross the finish line with the clock showing the time.

Yeah, maybe I should legitimately purchase the picture! Ha! Thanks for the kind words. I find out in 10 days how much of that 3:13 marathon time is due to gravity, and how much is due to me. I know I benefited greatly from running downhill. The next race is pancake flat, so this will be a good test.
