1.5 miles. Hood route. 6 am start. I should have run yesterday. Everything feels fine. No quirky pains of any kind. I could have run much further this morning. Recovery from 24.2 is much easier than recovery from 26.2. Go figure.
I'm kind of lost in race scheduling right now. One week before the race, I had a good grip on 2016 goals. Now, i'm not so sure.
