Short-Term Running Goals:

2017 GOALS:

August 26- Fort Hamer 10k

RECOVERY (I'm not a kid anymore) and SPECIFICITY (make training runs mean something).

Also, I am determined to put my boys on some snowboards by the end of the year. This is the year.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as often as I can, as far as I can, as fast as I can. Teaching my kids (by example) the rewards that come from putting in the work. Very slowly get to 50 states.

Personal:

I'm married, with two sons, 10, and 12.

I started running because someone dared me to.

I ran my first race 3 days after my 40th birthday. (Disney)

I'm going to think about the flying pig. The price jumps 1/31, so I promise to have it figured out before then. Maybe we can get that Dan guy to run it, too! Ha!

I'm not feeling very consistent these days, but maybe signing up for something is what is needed!

Tom, Cinci is about 45 to 60 minutes from me. The Pig is decent. AF is in September and right by me if you needed a place to stay. Either way, if you do cinci, let me know, I will catch you while you are in the area!
