Interval Thursday, I got out late and had to cut the workout short. I procrastinated myself out of the good stuff. 0.75 up. (4) x 0.25 miles with 0.25 miles AR. 0.75 down. Fast stuff in 5:56. General attitude was whatev's. Going to try to get another run in later, take Friday off, then 20+ Saturday. It's crunch time, people. No time to dillydally.
